MQHYA Scholarship

The MQHA has an MQHA Scholarship Program for one annual $500 scholarship award to be used for university, college or other post-secondary education, to come from revenues generated at Annual Year End Awards banquets. Applicants must be 16 years of age by January 1st of the current year and have been an MQHA or MQHYA member for at least two years (current and previous years). 

In the event that a scholarship is not awarded, MQHA reserves the right to make a donation of $250 to the Townsend Equine Health Research Fund at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine to further horse health research.
